I’m a creative leader and designer with more than 25 years of experience spanning graphic design, brand development, art direction, digital design and creative leadership.

I began my career as a hands-on designer and developed a passion for creative leadership and design management. That progression has shaped how I approach creative work today: I understand both the strategic decisions behind the work and the details required to execute it well.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with corporate brands, marketing organizations and cross-functional teams to develop identities, campaigns, websites, presentations and other experiences that help organizations communicate more effectively. I also build the systems and standards that help creative organizations produce consistent, effective work at scale.

Today, I lead creative teams while continuing to stay connected to the work. I enjoy developing strong designers, establishing creative standards, solving complex communication problems and turning business objectives into clear, compelling creative.
